Yesterday, we wrote an article based off information found on The Droid Guy that Verizon would remove Google Search from all future Verizon phones in replacement of Bing. This uproar of confusion started when Verizon’s new Samsung Galaxy S phone, the Fascinate , was noted to have Google Search removed and in fact “blocked” from users installing the software. In addition, Fascinate users are stuck with the VZW Navigation software...

The most frequent solution posted has been to change your Mobile Network APN type to “default, supl” to enable A-GPS through your cellular network. However, for some people this still didn’t solve the problem, including myself. Well, today on the CM forums,...

Temperatures dropped about 30 degrees in Hades this morning when Apple announced they were relaxing all restrictions on the development tools used to create iOS apps. They will also be allowing 3rd party advertisers such as AdMob, but not analytics software such as Flurry. The changes bring iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch development a bit closer to the laissez-faire policies of Google’s Android Market. Though the latter still does not require any...

If you read our review of the HTC Desire , you’ll already know that the physical design of the phone is hardly the fist thing that needs to be changed. Regardless, we can’t complain about the changes HTC is rumored to be making here: Yep, what we’re looking at is a white version of the Desire, and even though I’m not exactly known to go crazy over white gadgets (especially when they’re phones), I’ve got to admit this one’s pretty...
