Although the entire country is aiming at being blanketed by Wimax, the carriers don't provide inter carrier roaming, proving the old adage, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. Seeing technology like this warms my heart, but the people whose hands it ends up in, make me lower my eyelids and look on look on with a concerned eye.
